Origin Pathway builds and runs our own projects

Origin Pathway is the company behind every project on this site. We come up with the idea, build it, and then run it ourselves for as long as people find it useful. Some of them are live and some are still being built.

What kind of company this is

One company, several projects

Origin Pathway owns and runs every project on this site. Each one keeps its own name, its own users and its own release schedule.

Built for the networks we have

Our projects go live in Bangladesh first. Slow connections and inexpensive phones are part of the brief from the beginning, not something we patch later.

Kept running for years

The work continues long after release day. We keep the project patched, watch how it performs and improve it for as long as people are using it.

The pathway

How a project gets from an idea to something people use

Four stages, one person throughout. Whoever picks the idea is the same person running it years later.

  1. Origin

Work out the problem worth solving, who has it, and what the project has to do. This stage is planning and writing, not code.

  2. Build

Design and build it end to end: the interface, the service behind it and the infrastructure it runs on.

  3. Launch

Put it in front of real users on real connections. Monitoring and alerts go live with the project, not weeks afterwards.

  4. Pathway

Run it for years. Fix what breaks, improve the parts people actually use, and publish the numbers as they are.

Our projects

What we are building right now

Every project is ours from the first sketch. The full list, with what each one does and where it stands, lives on the projects page.

We are still writing this list up

Each project gets its own entry here with a short description, its current status and a direct link. We add them by hand as each one is ready to be shown, so nothing on this page is a promise we cannot keep.
